Congregation Beth Israel and the WRJ/Beth Israel Sisterhood are delighted to welcome Cantor Tarmar Havilio, former head of the Cantorial School in Jerusalem and cantor for “Nashot HaKotel,” the Women at the Wall, as our guest speaker for our annual Sisterhood Shabbat Celebration.
