Today’s teenagers are faced with multiple pressures from school, extra–curricular activities, family/social life and the culture of social media. Join Dinah Gilburd, LCSW, as she presents strategies to help parents navigate through this challenging time.

Dinah Gilburd, LCSW, is a Clinical Social Worker, with over 25 years of experience, as a supervisor, workshop leader,and therapist for children, adolescents and families. She is a recent “transplant ” from Boston, where she worked at Massachusetts General Hospital and in a neighborhood school-based setting. Dinah implemented and led stress reduction programs for clients and staff.

Presently, she is a Community Outreach Clinician with Jewish Family Child Service . Dinah offers workshops and parenting groups that addresses the mental health needs of children, adolescents and families in the Jewish community.
