This form is for CBI members wishing to attend services elsewhere; if you are a member of a different URJ Congregation, please contact their office to arrange reciprocity or fill out a guest admissions form here.

CBI members in good standing who will not be in Portland during the High Holidays are welcome to request reciprocal seating at URJ Congregations throughout the United States and Canada.
