The Mini Menches hit the road with “Tour de Tot,” a summer adventure that sees Tot Shabbat celebrations at parks across the Portland area.
On this leg of the tour, we gather in North Portland Peninsula Park, home of a stunning rose garden and fountain, and (of course) a fantastic play space.
