Inspired by the idea of l’dor v’dor—from generation to generation—L’Dor V’Data brings together curious beginners and experienced family historians to explore the stories hidden in our family trees.

The group meets on the second Tuesday of each month to explore at least one new genealogy research topic at each in-person meeting, which will be driven by the interests of the Circle members.

The group also has a topic-driven, online message board, and new attendees should connect with Circle leadership, who can provide starter guides for research for each country Circle members are exploring.

As much of this work relies on internet access, we suggest bringing a laptop to each meeting
