Madrichim in Training is a program designed with our incoming High School students in mind. Beginning in 8th grade, students who have completed their B’nei Mitzvah are able to participate in our High School Curriculum- including elective courses where a student can explore their passions and interests through a Jewish lens.

The Madrichim in Training elective is a year long course led by our Education Director. Each Sunday, students learn the administrative, creative, and interactive responsibilities of Madrichim, classroom assistants.

Mid-year, M.I.T students begin to shadow in-classroom experiences during our PreK – Middle School Religious School programming. By the end of the school year, M.I.T are able to apply for a year long, paid position as a CBI Madrichim!
