Erev Shavuot Celebrations

As Mitzvah Day (Sunday, May 16) concludes, we will gater at 4:00 PM at Council Crest Park for an Erev Shavuot Celebration with the CBI clergy (and beautiful mountain views).

Because this event is in person, advance registration is required. Registration is now closed. If you think you may wish to join us, please reach out to Tracy Alifanz by 12:00 PM on Friday, May 14.

The Chazzan’s Tisch

At 12:00 PM on Monday, May 17, join Cantor Cahana at the CBI Main Plaza for  “The Chazzan’s Tisch!.” In some Jewish communities it is customary to hold a “tish” – a festive gathering involving learning and song – on joyful occasions, and this will be a Shavuot experience of study,Torah, prayer, and cantillation. Meet Cantor Ida Rae Cahana on the lawn in front of our beautiful sanctuary, in a socially distanced, safe outdoor environment. Learn and deepen our appreciation of the holiday together!

Because this event is in person, advance registration is required. Registration is now closed. If you think you may wish to join us, please reach out to Tracy Alifanz by 12:00 PM on Friday, May 14.

Due to social distancing protocols and best practices, attendance at these events is limited. Masks and social distancing measures will be required for the full duration of the programs.
