As a new measure of health and wholeness, our CBI Board of Trustees, with the recommendation of our Education Committee, have put in place a new mandatory vaccination policy for all eligible CBI students. Please fill out and sign the vaccination affirmation statement below for your vaccine-eligible student or students by April 1, 2022.
